Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

All items ship out of Texas. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process excluding weekends and major holidays.  International orders may take slightly longer with processing and will generally ship within 5 business days. All custom orders will be processed within 4 weeks. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Domestic

We offer free shipping for all US orders over $50 via USPS First Class. Unless Priority or Priority Express are requested. Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays by stock availability or shipping services.

International

We utilize UPS, DHL and USPS services for all International Packages. Please note that prices displayed on our website are exclusive of international taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier office.

Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. On your order, please provide accurate contact information where you may best be reached to provide customs payment information prior to delivery.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Allettare gladly accepts returns or exchanges on all unworn full price merchandise, with tags still attached.  Returns are free for domestic orders. Any merchandise that looks like it has been worn will not be accepted, especially panties.  All our panties have tape on the cotton and must not be removed if a return is made.  Please try any bottoms over your own undergarments.  Returns must be made within 14 days from date of shipment for domestic customers and within 45 days for international customers.  Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags.  Merchandise that is received after 14/45 days will only be issued as merchandise credit, valid for 90 days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax that may have been incurred.  Please email within 10 days upon receipt for a return shipping label and ship your return within 3 days of receiving your label.  All refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we received the merchandise. 

Exchange Processing

To return an item, please include your original receipt along with a brief note as to why the item didn't meet your expectations and whether you want to return or exchange for another item.  We take customer feedback seriously in order to improve our products.  Your new item will ship within 48 hours after receipt of original merchandise.  We will notify you if we don't have the item in stock.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to process.

How to Return Merchandise

Exchanges will be processed free of charge.  A refund for your original merchandise will require all your merchandise in its original condition, along with the Return Authorization Form included in your package.

CANCELLATIONS

Allettare will accept cancellation requests made within 12 hours of order placement, free of charge.

Should you choose to cancel your order, you will not be charged or, if your credit card has already been charged, you will be refunded the full purchase inclusive of taxes.

Cancellations made on or after the date of shipping cannot be made, and you will be charged the full amount for your order. Please note that we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

PRE-ORDER DETAILS

- A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet produced. All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such require full up-front payment.

- Orders are considered final once payment is received.

- Please note that there may by slight deviations in the design of the final product due to alterations made to improve fit and finish.

- We are not responsible for minor variations in fabric to re-sourcing.

- Delays may occur as a result of production and shipping circumstances beyond our control.
